Automation with robot for stacking clutches for the automotive sector on pallets or in kardex.

Operation

The robot parameters are automatically adjusted by choice of clutch type. If needed a automatic gripper exchange occurs.

  • Input is implemented by roller conveyor.
  • The robot removes the empty pallet of the roller conveyor.
  • Next the robot lifts the clutch from the conveyor.
  • The clutch is brought in position for engraving by the robot after which the engraving is started.
  • The robot moves the clutch in the correct position for placement of one or multiple plugs.
  • When a layer is filled an adjusted tool is picked up to put a stacking plate on the pallet.
  • The tool is set down.
  • The clutch is lifted and placed in the stacking plate.
