In subcontracting we have milled a series of aluminium work pieces that will serve as mold for mattresses.
The plates are 2.7 meters by 1.7 meters with a thickness of 60 mm. Each contains 900 bores that are milled conically.
Due to the spindle cooling system in the zayer we are able to successfully make deep quality bores and milling operations.
