Riveting unit

With a riveting unit, made for the automotive sector, two parts are being mechanically connected to each other under high pressure.

How does it work?

The parts that should be riveted are being laid out in a gauge, which is automatically being brought in the machine.
On each side we can form the rivets with a press force of 120 tonnes.
