The zone choice makes it possible to divide the cutting area into several zones. This means that the machine can cut non-stop whilst parts are being removed and the cutting table is being reloaded, something which saves a lot of time. This increases the availability of the machine to 45%!
A safety system takes account of the operator by guarding the loading and unloading zones. And so, safety is guaranteed all the time.
Fitting drill punches as preparation for drilling small holes.
The machine switches automatically to safe speed whenever the operator enters the safety zone. The zone is guarded by light curtains.
Tilt the torch in all directions for the phase cutting.
Tilt the tools manually or automatically for phase cutting in x-direction.
This extra combination means you can cut round, square, and rectangular tubes.
Thanks to an integrated ink jet printer, it is possible to print a text onto a panel. It is also possible to add text to ultra-thin panels.
You have the choice of how to interchange drilling i.e. automatically or after the intervention of an operator.
