Filter technology
They are developed for cutting structural steel with oxygen and high-alloy steels and aluminum with argon, hydrogen, nitrogen or a combination of cutting gases. It is also possible to cut structural steel with compressed air.
The new generation of inverter power sources makes it possible to set a large current control range. For example, pieces can also be marked and it is possible to cut metals from 0.5 mm.
Highest cutting quality is achieved with Hifocus sources Kjellberg, Ultracut systems from Victor Technologies and HPR systems from Hypertherm. The finefocus technology still delivers good quality but with a slightly slantier cut. Standard plasma quality is supplied with the PA-S Series.

Our gas console ensures a perfect supply of the mixing shafts required for the cutting process. Automatically switched valves ensure a smooth transition from starter gases to cutting gases. All gas consoles ensure a very accurate mixing ratio.
Only suitable for 80i,130,160i,161i.
For manual mixing and dosing of the cutting gases: Plasma gas air or oxygen. The dosing of the vortex gases is also regulated. If the unit is used with PZ, the PGE-HM must be mounted on the bridge of the cutting table.
