Filter technology
In de unit zitten filterpatronen waardoor de stofdeeltjes blijven hangen. De patronen worden met perslucht schoongemaakt, standaard geïntegreerd in de machine.
Astratec installeert stofafscheiders steeds op maat van uw behoefte: afhankelijk van het afzuigdebiet en de gewenste zuiverheid van de lucht.
Donaldson’s unieke ovaalvormige patroonfilters leveren meer luchtdoorlating en hebben een hogere levensduur dan traditionele ronde patroonfilters. Geavanceerde Fluent® airflow simulatie software bracht aan het licht dat ovaalvormige patroonfilters minder hoge snelheid zones hebben. Dit resulteert in een lagere schuurslijtage van de doeken en een verhoogde filterlevensduur.
Ontworpen met eigen nanofiber technologie. Deze filters houden meer vervuiling tegen op het oppervlak van de filter. Hierdoor kan het vuil eenvoudiger verwijdert worden in vergelijking met conventionele cellulose en/of polyester filterdoeken.
