Welding of wire mesh

How does it work?

• Possibility to insert loose wires in gauges.
• Two induct stations: while 1 gauge is being welded, the parts can be inserted in the other gauge.
• The machine is freely configurable and is equipped with one round spot welding tongs and one rotating spot welding bar.
• This spot welding bar can apply several welds to the product at the same time.
• The machine reaches a rapid traverse speed of 120m per minute.
